Our Working Environment
We encourage collaboration and community in our SoHo office as frequently as it benefits your work and team. Not to brag, but our office is pretty awesome. However, we’re flexible with working from home, too. Please keep in mind that there will be times where in-person attendance is required and some roles or departments may have more specific schedules for in-office teamwork.

Our staff comes from many backgrounds and we proudly support each other in various forms of allyship and community building. At the center of this is conFIGure, our intersectional employee resource group. Composed of members from all agency departments and levels, they run and organize multiple celebrations and programs throughout the year. We welcome all to this safe environment for conversation, community, and fun.
